Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order appears delayed or lost in transit:

We will assist in resolving any delivery issues.

MapleHash is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or customs processing.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If an incorrect address is provided:


  • we may not be able to modify the order after it ships

  • additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to:


  • incorrect address

  • failure to receive the package

  • refusal of delivery

The customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges.
