Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the following conditions are met:

  The item is in original packaging
  
• 
  All included accessories are returned
  
• 
  The product shows no signs of damage or modification

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of mining hardware, the following items may not be eligible for return:

  Used mining hardware
  
• 
  Modified or opened devices
  
• 
  Clearance or discounted items
  
• 
  Digital products or downloadable guides
  

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Processing time:

5–10 business days

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

   Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

   Provide photos of the item and packaging
   

We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless:
